Dayana Vargas

Dayana Vargas has over a decade of experience in the field of communications, currently serving as an Employee Communications Advisor at FCT since May 2022. Previously, Dayana held multiple roles at Purolator Inc., including Corporate Communications Strategist and Corporate Communications Consultant focused on Social Media, from May 2010 to August 2021. Prior experience also includes positions as Communications and Customer Relations Officer and Media Relations Consultant at Toronto Hydro-Electric Systems Ltd. from March 2008 to March 2009, and as a Freelance Writer for Scotiabank in 2007. Dayana's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Professional Communication from Western Sydney University, a Social Media Marketing Certificate from George Brown College, a Certificate in Corporate Communications from Seneca Polytechnic, and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from York University.
