Kelly Glass

Kelly oversees FCT’s employment and culture strategies, and is responsible for all employee communications to support the company’s overall growth and success. She leads through inclusion and empathy both of which are at her core, while also balancing the important aspects of the business. Kelly is passionate about innovation and loves to see employees inspire each other through their creativity.

She has an extensive background in the financial services and technology sectors, including executive positions at Manulife Financial, RBC, SAP, and most recently at OPTrust. Her vast expertise in all areas of human resources, including talent management, organizational transformation and HR technology will help strengthen FCT’s position as an industry leader and a great place to work.
