Marco de Paolis

Marco De Paolis serves as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at FCT since September 2025. Prior experience includes a Vice President position for National Sales at Chubb from September 2022 to October 2025, and a National Director role in Omni Channel Distribution at Scotiabank, where responsibilities included managing distribution across multiple channels and optimizing customer engagement. De Paolis has also held key positions such as Director of Creditor Insurance Distribution at Mortgage and Title Insurance Industry of Canada and Director of National Accounts at Canada Guaranty Mortgage Insurance Company. With a solid educational foundation featuring an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts from York University, De Paolis has a strong background in sales strategy, product performance, governance, and risk management across the financial services industry.
