Eric Sherman

Eric Sherman is the VP of Real Estate at Yorkville at First Capital REIT. Eric has over seven years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining First Capital REIT, Eric held positions at Sterling Karamar Property Management, RioCan Property Services, Prombank Group, and St. George Softball League. In their previous role as Assistant Leasing/Development Manager, Eric was responsible for overseeing the leasing and development process for a portfolio of properties. Eric also has experience in property administration and management. Eric is a graduate of the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.

Eric Sherman attended Western University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government. Following their undergraduate studies, Eric Sherman pursued retailing/leasing/development and general studies at The Wharton School, where they received their ICSC Fundamental Certification.
