Jennifer Arezes

Jennifer Arezes is the VP of Development at First Capital REIT. Jennifer has been with the company since January 2019 and in their current role for two years. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director of Development for four years and the Director of Development for six years. Her experience with First Capital REIT spans a total of 12 years.

Before joining First Capital REIT, Jennifer was a Real Estate Manager at Walmart for four years. In this role, they were responsible for managing the real estate portfolio for Walmart stores in Canada.

Jennifer is a highly experienced real estate professional with a strong background in development. Jennifer has a proven track record of success in both acquisitions and development, and has played a key role in the growth of First Capital REIT.

Jennifer Arezes completed a Bachelor of Arts in Geographic Analysis from Ryerson University.
