KC Vlah is a seasoned executive specializing in Learning and Development with a robust leadership background in enabling and educating partners and customers across the technology sector. Currently serving as VP of Learning & Development at ServiceNow since August 2024, KC Vlah drives enterprise learning programs that enhance personalized, role-based learning experiences. Prior to this role, KC Vlah held various senior positions at Salesforce from January 2019 to July 2024, including VP of Product Education and VP of Global Partner Enablement, where strategic initiatives focused on advancing technical expertise and sales effectiveness within the Salesforce ecosystem.
