Matt Silcoff

Joining First Capital in 2016, Matt is responsible for executing the investment strategy set forth by the Board and Executive Leadership Team. This is carried out through strategic acquisitions and dispositions and the structuring of joint venture relationships. Matt oversees First Capital’s investment activities in Ontario and Quebec. Prior to FCR, Matt held positions at CREIT (now owned by Choice Properties REIT) and studied Economics at Middlebury College in Vermont. Matt is a very skilled hockey player and was formerly an NCAA varsity athlete.
