Anna Mills

Anna Mills is a seasoned banking professional currently serving as a Senior Banking Officer at First Carolina Bank since April 2023. Previously, Anna held various leadership roles at Southern First Bank, including Team Leader and Vice President, where responsibilities included managing a $70+ million loan portfolio and enhancing client relationships. With earlier experience as a Market Credit Analyst and Community Reinvestment Act Analyst, Anna developed expertise in credit analysis, loan underwriting, and community outreach. Anna began the banking career as a Summer Teller at South State Bank, progressing to positions of increasing responsibility, culminating as a Consumer Credit Analyst. Anna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from Presbyterian College.
