Thomas Forsberg

Thomas Forsberg has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Thomas currently holds the position of Market President at First Carolina Bank since January 2022. Prior to that, they served as Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking at ServisFirst Bank from January 2020 to January 2022.

Before joining ServisFirst Bank, Thomas worked at Wells Fargo as Senior Vice President - Commercial Relationship Manager from January 2014 to January 2020. In this role, they served middle market companies across Georgia, growing the portfolio by acquiring new clients and originating profitable growth.

Thomas also worked at SunTrust for a significant period. Thomas held the position of First Vice President and Relationship Manager - Commercial Banking from June 2006 to January 2014. During their tenure, they managed portfolios, obtained new clients, and achieved multiple awards. Thomas also served as a Middle Market Banking Relationship Manager, Portfolio Specialist - Middle Market, and Analyst - Corporate and Investment Banking at SunTrust earlier in their career.

Thomas Forsberg obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business, which they pursued from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from the same institute between 1996 and 2000.
