Gemma Colby is a seasoned professional in customer experience management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at First Central since January 2023 and a Board Member at Islington & Shoreditch Housing Association Ltd since September 2022. As a Founding (beta) Member of Women in CX since March 2021, Gemma has been actively involved in the advancement of customer experience practices. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Yell, where responsibilities spanned from Head of Customer Experience to Senior Process Development Manager, and at Catalyst Housing Limited as Customer Services Centre Manager. Gemma's career also includes significant positions at Southern Housing Group and Specialised Freight Services. Educational qualifications include a Management Development Programme from the University of Stellenbosch Business School.
