EJ Brosas is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in the financial and technology sectors. Currently serving as AVP and Project Manager at First Century Bank since May 2023, EJ is responsible for developing and executing project plans for client onboarding and process enhancements. Previous roles include Banking Relationship Manager at Deserve, and Manager of Processing and Conversion Implementation at both FIS and Mastercard, where EJ successfully managed complex processing conversions. Earlier experience includes resource management, project management at eBryIT, and technical support at Insight Global, demonstrating a well-rounded skill set in project execution, relationship management, and technical support. EJ holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Macon State College.
