The Healthcare Team at First Choice Community Healthcare Inc consists of diverse medical professionals, including Family Nurse Practitioners, a Physician Assistant, a Primary Care Pediatrician, a Dentist, and a Family Physician. Coordinated by the Healthcare Operations Manager and Medical Director, and supported by the Director of Medical Provider Well Being, this team delivers comprehensive, patient-centered care, addressing a wide range of health needs from pediatrics to dentistry to family medicine.
