Emma Richman

Emma Richman is an experienced professional in the housing sector, currently serving as the Executive Director of Operations at Peaks and Plains Housing Trust since March 2020, while also holding the position of Independent Board Member at First Choice Homes Oldham. Richman has a strong background in leadership roles, having been the Director of Assets at both GREAT PLACES HOUSING ASSOCIATION and Great Places Housing Group, and previously serving as Chair of the Association of Women in Property North West. Additionally, Richman is actively involved in volunteer work at The Pankhurst Centre, contributes as a National Vice Chair for the Association of Women in Property, and recently served on the board of The Pankhurst Trust. Richman holds a BSc in Architecture, Planning and Building from UCL and a BSc in Building Surveying from The University of Salford.
