Andrew Wilson

Andrew Wilson is an experienced professional in healthcare real estate finance, currently serving as the Managing Director at First Citizens Bank since April 2022. In this role, Wilson leads a team focused on underwriting senior secured term and construction loans for top-tier middle-market owner/operators and developers in the medical office building sector. Prior to this, Wilson held leadership positions at CIT, where duties included underwriting and team leadership for the healthcare real estate finance sector, and at Argent Management LLC as Vice President, where responsibilities involved sourcing and underwriting land development acquisitions. Wilson's career also includes significant contributions at Lehman Brothers Holdings, Inc. in both vice president and associate roles, handling underwriting and maximizing asset values, as well as early experience at Reis, Inc. and Regency Centers, LP. Wilson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from Florida State University.
