Bill Gallagher

Bill Gallagher is an experienced financial professional with a strong focus on asset management and collections. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at First Citizens Bank since August 2015, Bill also oversees Customer Care, Collections, Premier Client, and Recovery Workout teams. Prior to this, Bill held the position of Director of Asset Management at CIT from June 2007 to January 2022, managing various aspects of asset management across the US and Canada, including end of lease negotiations and inventory management. Bill's career began at Citicapital, where the role of Vice President of Asset Management allowed for oversight of evaluations and residuals across multiple countries and industries. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Richmond's Robins School of Business.
