Corina Galarza is a seasoned Senior Program Office Portfolio Manager with extensive experience in driving large-scale projects and implementing business processes in deadline-sensitive environments. Currently serving as Vice President and Program Manager at First Citizens Bank, Corina previously held the position of Vice President and Portfolio Management Office Manager at CIT, where expertise included Trade Life Cycle, Foreign Exchange Trades, and system conversions. Corina's career began at Idea Integration Corporation, where significant leadership roles included Vice President for PMO for North America, overseeing project management activities and strategic initiatives.
