Danella Stephany

Danella Stephany currently serves as Senior Vice President and Director of Product Management for Client Lifecycle Management at First Citizens Bank, where the focus is on utilizing digital technology to enhance client and associate experiences. Prior to this role, Danella was the Director of Enterprise Customer Success at Motive, contributing to modernizing the transportation industry. Danella also held multiple leadership positions at nCino, including Director of Customer Usage Analytics and Director of Customer Success, advocating for customer needs and promoting nCino’s cloud banking solutions. Danella’s early career includes roles at Bank of America and Nations Bank, where Danella developed expertise in client relations and banking operations. Danella holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Baltimore and a Project Management Certification from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
