Doug Seefus

Doug Seefus is an experienced compliance executive currently serving as Head of Conduct Risk at First Citizens Bank since June 2023. Prior to this role, Doug was Head of Employee Conduct Compliance at Silicon Valley Bank from May 2022 to June 2023. Doug's extensive career includes a significant tenure at Wells Fargo, where roles ranged from Wealth and Investment Management Conduct Risk Executive to SVP and Head of Sales Practice Oversight, accumulating 17 years of expertise in compliance and regulatory relations. Doug also held senior positions at Wachovia Corporation, including Senior Vice President of Enterprise Compliance, and has a background in regulatory examination with the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond and the Federal Reserve Board of Governors. Doug holds an MBA in Finance from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from California State University.
