Jacqueline Chen

Jacqueline Chen is a seasoned professional in the fields of information security and risk management, currently serving as the Business Information Security Officer for the Commercial Bank at First Citizens Bank since July 2022. Prior to this role, Jacqueline held multiple positions at Barclays Investment Bank from September 2008 to July 2022, including Vice President in the Chief Data Office and Assistant Vice President in Information Risk Management. Other notable experiences include roles in cyber forensics and compliance at Barclays, an internal auditor position at Lehman Brothers in 2008, and earlier roles as a legal analyst and human resources intern at Lehman Brothers. Jacqueline began their career with an actuary summer internship at JPMorgan Chase in 2003. Educationally, Jacqueline holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business, graduating in May 2008, and is an alumna of Fort Hamilton High School.
