Joe Seale is an experienced marketing and digital analytics professional currently serving as SVP, Director of Digital Customer Experience at First Citizens Bank since November 2025. Joe is also the Founder of carrytheone.ai, where innovative solutions for conversion tracking are developed to enhance agency and brand performance. Prior to these roles, Joe accumulated extensive experience at Fifth Third Bank, where positions included Director of Marketing Optimization and Digital Analytics Manager, as well as founder of mommydaddydeals.com. Joe's earlier career includes key roles at BB&T, Koroberi, Inc., BCF, Brand Fuel, and Ruder Finn. Joe holds a BS in Business/Marketing from North Carolina State University, earned between 1996 and 2000.
