Mahesh Srinivasan

Mahesh Srinivasan is an experienced human resources leader with a strong background in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Head of HR for India at First Citizens Bank, Mahesh has previously held senior HR roles at Randstad Enterprise, where responsibilities included oversight for the Asia-Pacific region, and at Fidelity Investments, where titles encompassed Head of Talent Management and Workforce Planning, Head of HR Business Partner, and Head of Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. Early in their career, Mahesh gained valuable experience as a Senior Project Manager and Project Manager at Fidelity Investments, and as a Lead Program Integrator at General Electric. Mahesh holds a degree from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, completed between 1991 and 1996, following an education at R.S. Krishnan Higher Secondary School from 1977 to 1991.
