Tom Eklund

Tom Eklund has extensive experience in financial management and strategy over a career spanning nearly two decades. Currently serving as Treasurer and Director of Financial Strategy & Management Reporting at First Citizens Bank since October 2014, Eklund previously held multiple roles at First Citizens Bank and Trust Company, Inc. from January 2007 to September 2014, including Financial Planning Director and Manager of Financial Planning & Reporting. Eklund began the career as a Financial Reporting Analyst. Educationally, Eklund holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of South Carolina, obtained between 2003 and 2006.
