Roderick Ward

Roderick Ward is the current Vice President of Business Development Officer at First Citizens Community Bank. Prior to this, they served as Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Lending at DNB First from August 2012 to December 2015. In this role, they were responsible for housing and commercial real estate finance, with an emphasis on community development and energy efficiency lending throughout the mid-Atlantic region.

From January 2003 to January 2008, Roderick served as Vice President of Commercial Lending at Stonebridge Bank. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of commercial lending, including credit analysis, loan structuring, and loan servicing.

Roderick then took on the role of Vice President of Commercial Real Estate at The Bryn Mawr Trust Company from December 2015 to March 2021. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of commercial real estate lending, with a focus on community development, sustainability, and green building. Roderick was also a member of the BMT Corporate Responsibility Committee.

Roderick has also served as Principal of Ward Ventures, LLC and Vice President of Nova Bank. In their role as International Market Manager at ATC International, they were responsible for developing and managing relationships with international clients.

Roderick Ward has a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Marketing from Muhlenberg College, as well as a bachelors from Newport School.

Roderick Ward reports to Randall E. Black, CEO & President. They are on a team with Oscar Orozco - AVP, Business Development Officer, Diane Wilson - VP & Mortgage Lending Sales Manager, and Janet Holmes - VP & Regional Manager.
