David Hopkins

David Hopkins is an accomplished banking professional with over 40 years of experience in the financial sector. Currently serving as Middle Tennessee Regional President at First Citizens National Bank since September 2000, David has played key roles in business development, regional management, and community engagement. David specializes in construction, development, industrial, and commercial lending, with a focus on establishing profitable commercial relationships in Middle and Western Tennessee. Prior roles include President/CEO at City State Bank and Regional Vice President at Farm Credit Services, among others. David holds a Master of Professional Banking from the Academy of Professional Banking and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business and Economics from Arkansas State University.
