Jason Phillips

Jason Phillips has a diverse work experience in the banking and sales industries. Jason is currently the Community Bank President at First Citizens National Bank. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending at BankTennessee from 2017-2022. Jason also held the position of Vice President of Commercial Lending at Community Bank from 2012-2017, where they managed a multi-million dollar portfolio and achieved excellent financial results. Before that, they were a Vice President at BancorpSouth from 2007-2012, and at SunTrust Bank from 2006-2007, where they excelled in relationship management and exceeding sales goals. Jason began their career as a Small Business Lending Officer at Business Partners LLC in 2005. Jason then worked as a Business Solutions Advisor at First Horizon National Corporation from 2003-2005, contributing to the establishment of a new sales channel. Before entering the banking industry, Jason gained experience as a District Indirect Sales Manager at Sprint PCS/US Unwired from 2001-2003, where they achieved significant sales growth.

Jason Phillips attended Barret School of Banking from an unknown start year until 2008. This educational experience focused on the Commercial Lending Academy. Following this, from 1997 to 2000, they attended The University of Southern Mississippi, where they pursued a degree in Marketing within the field of Business.
