Kathy Davidson

Kathy Davidson is an experienced mortgage lender with a solid background in the banking and real estate sectors. Kathy has held various positions in the mortgage industry, starting as a Mortgage Specialist at First Mortgage Group and progressing through roles at Regions Bank, Community Bank, and Sumner Bank and Trust, before taking on the current role as a Mortgage Lender at First Citizens National Bank since May 2012. With extensive experience as a Realtor at Patterson Real Estate & Auction Co., Kathy combines expertise in mortgage lending with a strong foundation in real estate.
