Shawn Kalinowski

Shawn Kalinowski's work experience includes serving as the Vice President of Sales at First Class Air Support since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Meggitt where they held multiple roles. From July 2022 to March 2023, they were the Director of USM Trading, responsible for establishing and leading a global organization to support the sale and internal utilization of used serviceable material. From May 2020 to August 2022, they served as the USM Trading Manager, and from March 2019 to May 2020, they were the Regional Bid Manager, responsible for improving and managing the bid management process and implementation of rotable pools and Go-To-Market solutions. Before Meggitt, Shawn worked at STS Component Solutions. From July 2017 to March 2019, they were a Program Manager, where they exceeded customer on-time delivery expectations and managed inventory pools to support customers globally. Shawn also served as a Customer Support Supervisor from January 2013 to July 2017.

Shawn Kalinowski obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Central Florida, where they attended from 2009 to 2012. In 2018, they also pursued a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from Cornell University.
