Harshi Gupta

Harshi Gupta is an experienced analyst currently working at Starling Bank since August 2025 and also serves as the Centre Manager at First Class Learning Ltd., co-owning a local education franchise focused on Maths, English, and science tuition. Previous roles include Data Scientist in Revenue Management at British Airways and a Summer Analyst position at TP ICAP, where valuable experience was gained through a comprehensive internship. Harshi contributed to a successful Technology Consultancy Project at Sysdoc, winning a best project prize for developing a generative AI solution. Additional experience includes teaching Mathematics at various educational levels as a tutor, conducting economic analysis as an Economist Intern at ADA Economics, and managing finances for a social enterprise aimed at addressing social isolation. Harshi holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Birmingham, complemented by early career experience in retail with Burberry.
