Jasmine Monroe

Jasmine Monroe is an experienced news professional currently serving as a Morning News Anchor and Reporter at First Coast News since September 2023. Prior to this role, Monroe worked as a News Anchor at WTXL ABC 27 from October 2022 to September 2023 and hosted a community engagement talk show called "We The People" at WKYC Studios for over six years, alongside Leon Bibb. Additional experience includes positions as a News Reporter at WFMJ Television Inc. and Morning Show Host at KDKA Radio. Monroe's early career includes a stint as a Writing Specialist at BET for the 2012 BET Awards. Jasmine Monroe earned a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from PennWest Clarion in 2013.
