Yulanda Scott

Yulanda Scott is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in strategic HR management across various industries. Currently serving as Regional Human Resources Manager at First Coast Security since August 2021, Yulanda previously held key positions including Manager, HR Business Partner at Swissport, and Human Resources Manager at the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. At Applied Policy, Yulanda excelled as the Director of Human Resources, overseeing policy development, talent management, and workforce planning. Yulanda also provided consulting services as a Management Consultant at F&H Solutions Group and managed HR and benefits administration at US Airways for over five years. Yulanda holds an MBA from Averett University.
