Joshua Lamotte

Joshua "Josh" LaMotte has extensive experience in military operations and financial services. Currently serving as an independent contractor and consultant with Topsarge Business Solutions, LaMotte also works as an Administrative Assistant for Brian Pablo at First Command Financial Services, Inc., providing financial planning and administrative services. LaMotte's military career spans over 23 years with the US Army, where roles included Deputy Executive Director and Chief Operations Officer, with responsibilities that ranged from strategic planning to overseeing operations for thousands of personnel and significant budgets. LaMotte holds a Master's degree in Transportation/Logistics Management from North Dakota State University and a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Chemistry from Concordia College.
