Kristin Gaylor-Christofano

Kristin Gaylor-Christofano is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the AVP/Assistant Benefits Manager at First Commonwealth Bank since September 2011, where responsibilities include managing and administering welfare benefits and retirement plans for approximately 1500 employees. Previously, Kristin held the position of Benefits Supervisor at Christofano and Associates from July 2006 to July 2011 and worked as an HR Consultant at Latrobe Brewing from December 2002 to July 2006. Kristin began a career in human resources at First Commonwealth Bank, serving as an HR Coordinator from June 1999 to December 2002 and as an HR Officer earlier. Kristin obtained a Master of Arts in Industrial and Labor Relations from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management from the same institution.
