Chris Berry

Chris Berry has been in the real estate industry for over 10 years. Chris started their career as a regional manager for Tribridge Residential. Chris was then promoted to vice president of operations for Hammond Residential Group. In their current position, they are responsible for the management and preservation of up to 13 multi-family properties. Chris has experience working with AA, A, B, and C assets. Chris has also overseen the lease-up of 3 new properties. In addition to their experience in real estate management, Chris has also mentored on-site teams and prepared monthly variance reports and executive summaries.

Chris Berry's educational career consists of completing general education and business administration courses at Cypress College and Fullerton College.

They work with Alison Boudoin - Accounting Manager, Kim Chadwick - VP, Human Resources, and Elizabeth Padrick - Regional Vice President, Development. Chris Berry reports to Mitch Harrison, President & CEO.
