Heather Pedersen

Heather Pedersen is an experienced professional with a comprehensive background in administration and program management. Since May 2022, Heather has served as the Director of Faith Formation Programs at First Congregational Church, Inc. in Hillsboro, Oregon, focusing on children's and youth Christian education. Prior to this role, Heather worked at Clean Water Services as an Administrative Assistant to the Chief Operations Officer and Engineering Department staff from September 2018 to December 2024. Previously, Heather held various administrative positions at Oregon State University, including as a Legal Administrative Support Specialist and Administrative Program Assistant, where responsibilities included managing operations and developing fundraising programs. Heather's career began with leadership and operational roles at Atlas Edge Staffing from May 2005 to November 2012.
