Noe Gonzalez

Noe Gonzalez has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Noe started their career at Allstate in 2010 as a Sales Manager and held this role until 2017. Noe then joined First American Property & Casualty Insurance Agency, Inc. where they worked as an Inside Sales Representative from September 2017 to April 2018. After that, they became an Inside Sales Team Lead from April 2018 to November 2018. From November 2018 to June 2021, Noe worked as an Insurance Agency Manager at the same company. In June 2021, they joined Bamboo Insurance as the Director of Bamboo Agency, and in October 2021, they transitioned to their current role as the Director of Sales at First Connect Insurance Services.

Noe Gonzalez completed their Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Communication and Media Studies at Orange Coast College, a period that lasted from 2007 to 2015. Afterward, they pursued further education at California State University, Long Beach, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication with a minor in Business from 2015 to 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Noe Gonzalez also obtained certifications in the insurance industry. Noe acquired the Life, Accident, & Health certification from the California Department of Insurance in September 2012. Additionally, they obtained the Property & Casualty certification from the same institution in January 2011.
