Jim Blackwell

Jim Blackwell is a seasoned construction inspector and consultant with extensive experience in site and construction inspections, report writing, and funding analysis. Currently at First Construction Consulting, Inc. since March 2017, Jim has played a pivotal role in numerous significant projects, including several Amazon Fulfillment and Distribution Centers and the Vanguard Hotel in Ann Arbor, MI. Prior to this role, Jim excelled as the Senior Director of Business Development at a national provider of engineering and architectural surveys, achieving top divisional sales in multiple consecutive years. Jim's earlier experience includes serving as the Midwest District Manager at a national property inspection services provider, where Jim oversaw inspection teams across multiple states.
