Rick Serkan Eren has a diverse range of work experience. Rick Serkan started their career in 2002 as a Spare Parts Sales and Service Consultant at Borusan Oto - BMW. After three years, they moved on to work as a Dealer Development Manager at Kia Motors, where they focused on creating an effective network of dealerships and ensuring compliance with competition laws. In 2018, Rick joined RENQ INC as the Director of Sales Marketing, a position they held until 2020. Currently, they are the Chief Executive Officer at First Contact Service, a global company specializing in customer service delivery, contact center solutions, technology support services, and digital marketing.
