David Brown

David Brown has extensive work experience in the financial and real estate industry. David currently holds the position of Executive Vice President at First Continental Mortgage, Ltd. starting from March 2022. Prior to this, they have held various senior roles at Zonda, including Managing Director from January 2022 to February 2022 and Senior Vice President from April 2015 to January 2022. Before joining Zonda, David was the Regional Director at Metrostudy from 2002 to 2015. David also served as President at Landmark Advisory Group from 2001 to 2002. David began their career as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young from 1993 to 2001, and prior to that, they held the position of Vice President at First City, Texas from 1989 to 1993. David started their professional journey as a Real Estate Appraiser at Bil Jackson & Associates from 1984 to 1989.

From 1981 to 1984, David Brown attended The University of Texas at Austin, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. During this time, they focused their studies on the fields of Finance and Real Estate.
