Lucas Juliano

Lucas Juliano is a Tech Recruiter at First Decision since June 2022, specializing in recruitment and selection within the IT sector, as well as people development. Responsibilities include overseeing and developing new projects, candidate evaluations, resume screening, and onboarding new employees. Additionally, Lucas is currently an intern in recruitment and selection at the Universidade de Brasília, a role that complements their studies as a Psychology major, where Lucas is also a scientific initiation scholarship holder.
