Magdalena Kus

Magdalena Kuś currently serves as the Country Human Resources Manager at First Derivative since August 2023. Prior to this role, Magdalena held various positions at GFT Technologies from January 2015 to July 2023, including Senior Human Resources Manager, HR Manager, and HR Business Partner. At Rule Financial, Magdalena worked from March 2012 to December 2014 as an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor, HR Advisor, and Recruitment Specialist. Magdalena began their career at Manpower Polska, where the role was Recruitment Consultant from February 2008 to December 2011. Education includes a Master’s degree in Psychology of Career Guidance and Organisation from the University of Lodz, a Bachelor's degree in HRM and Business from Middlesex University, and completion of CIPD Level 5.
