Catalina Teodorescu

Catalina Teodorescu is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in recruitment and organizational development. Currently serving as the Country Human Resources Manager at UST since July 2021, Catalina has previously held consulting and managerial roles at organizations such as Upwork and Libra Internet Bank. Notable achievements include leading recruitment teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with labor codes during her tenure at various companies, including Experis Romania and Procer Worldwide Technical Staffing.
