Daniel Walsh

Daniel Walsh is a seasoned software developer and financial engineer with extensive experience in the finance and technology sectors. Currently at Kx Systems since June 2017, Daniel has also held significant roles at First Derivatives since August 2009. Previous positions include kdb+ developer at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from August 2015 to February 2017 and at Effex Capital from January 2011 to August 2015, as well as kdb+ Consultant at FXCM from January 2010 to January 2011. Daniel holds a Master's degree in Business Analytics from the Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business (2008-2009) and a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from University College Dublin (2004-2008).
