Louise O'Hare

Louise O'Hare is an accomplished professional in the fields of learning and development and technology training, currently serving as the Head of Learning & Development Partnering and a Tech Trainer at First Derivative since May 2022. Prior to this role, Louise held the position of VP L&D and served as a Training Manager (Technical) at FD Technologies from January 2020. With extensive experience in education, Louise was the Head of IT & Software Systems Development at St Patrick's High School from September 2006 to December 2019, and contributed to CCEA as a moderator, reviser, and examiner from 2011 to 2019. Louise's early career includes work as a Senior Software Engineer at Liberty IT from 1999 to 2005. Louise holds a PGCE in Education and an MSc in Computer Science and Applications from Queen's University Belfast, and a BA (Honours) in Business Studies from Ulster University.
