Thomas Seifert

Thomas Seifert serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Cloudflare, Inc. since June 2017 and is also a Member of the Board of Directors for First Derivatives since July 2020. Previously, Thomas held board positions at IPG Photonics from July 2014 to February 2023, where Thomas was Chairman of the Audit Committee, and at CompuGroup Medical SE from January 2018 to June 2020. Thomas was Chief Financial Officer at Symantec from March 2014 to April 2017 and at Brightstar Corp. from October 2012 to March 2014, as well as at AMD from October 2009 to September 2012, where Thomas served as both Chief Financial Officer and Interim Chief Executive Officer. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg and a Master of Arts in Economics from Wayne State University.
