Dushyant Srivastava

Dushyant Srivastava is currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at first direct since June 2022. Prior to this, they have held various roles at HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management, including Global Head of Mobile Delivery and UK Head of Mobile Technology. Dushyant also served as the Global Head of Corporate Trust Technology at HSBC and as a Vice President. Before joining HSBC, Dushyant worked at JP Morgan Chase as a Program Manager, Major Deals, and at JPMorgan Chase as a Project Manager, Information Risk Management in Investment Banking. Dushyant also worked at Polaris Software Labs, UK as a Business Development Manager and at TCS Limited as a Consultant in Retail Banking Technology. Additionally, Dushyant has experience working at Tata Steel as a Software Contractor, at GE Capital International Services as a Work Force Optimisation Consultant, and at Heavy Engineering Corporation as a Web Developer. During their time at Heavy Engineering Corporation, they successfully redesigned the firm's website, resulting in a 60% increase in website hits within 2 months.

Dushyant Srivastava pursued their BEng in IT from BIT Mesra Student-Industry Relations Cell, graduating in 2005. Following this, they went on to complete their MSc in Analysis Design and Management of Information Systems from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2007.
