Saira Khan currently serves as the Head of Innovation & Partnerships at first direct since July 2020, while also holding a position at HSBC since July 2016 focused on managing key UK Fintech relationships and driving open banking initiatives. Previous roles at HSBC include leading digital innovation and culture change, as well as participating in the UK RBWM Transformation Programme. Prior to these positions, Saira Khan worked at Barclays Wealth Management as a Strategic Transformation Leader and Vice President, emphasizing digital inclusion and engagement strategies. Experience also includes mentoring with The Prince's Trust and a role as Business Development Manager at MoretonSmith. Saira Khan holds a certification from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT and is certified in Prince2 Agile project management.
