Hagai Horovitz has extensive work experience in the field of education and technology. Hagai is currently serving as the Chief Innovation Officer and head of strategic partnerships at Bites, a learning platform that provides training and professional communication for frontline employees. As a CPO and Co-Founder of Bites, they played a significant role in the development of the platform, which includes features like interactive elements, quizzes, surveys, and advanced analytics. Prior to their role at Bites, they worked at Kidum for over a decade, where they taught psychometric and GMAT prep courses and was also involved in content and product development. Hagai led the implementation of digital learning tools and played a vital role in the development of innovative technologies in the organization.

Hagai Horovitz began their education at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 1999 and completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 2003. They then pursued further education at Bar-Ilan University from 2005 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience.
