Samantha Lewis

Samantha Lewis is an experienced customer service representative currently working at first direct since April 2023. Prior to this role, Samantha served as a journalist for Parenting Magazine and as the Voices of the Future Editor at the Yorkshire Evening Post, where a focus was placed on empowering young voices. Earlier positions included working as a reporter for SWNS Media Group, producing news stories for national publications, as well as roles as a content writer for Probably Interactive and a content strategist and editor for VISCO Agency. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Leeds Trinity University, earned between 2018 and 2021.
