Shauna Thiart

Shauna Thiart is a seasoned professional in the banking and finance sector, currently serving as a Business Delivery Manager at first direct since July 2022. Previously, Shauna worked as a Scrum Member at M&S Bank, contributing to transformation initiatives from February 2021 to July 2022. Prior experiences at HSBC included roles such as Customer Advocacy Manager, Business Partner Manager for UK Insurance, and Sales and Service Manager, all gained through the HSBC Wealth and Personal Banking Graduate Programme.
