Brian Tessier, PMP, is an accomplished Business Development Manager at First Division Consulting, Inc. since March 2022, where strategic initiatives have enhanced business growth and strengthened partnerships within the government contracting sector. Previously, as Program Manager IV, Brian led complex military projects for the USMC and Navy, achieving significant success. Currently serving as Director of Business Development at C4CJV, Brian continues to drive strategic collaborations and deliver effective solutions.
